Cancellation Policy
Bukhari Ruqyah
Effective Date: 26/7/2026
At Bukhari Ruqyah, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and rescheduling are handled for both in-person and online sessions.
1. Notice Period
Clients must provide at least [insert notice period, e.g. 24 hours'] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a charge, at our discretion.
3. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
4. Emergency Situations
We understand emergencies happen. Cancellations due to genuine emergencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and fees may be waived at our discretion.
5. Refunds
Where a refund applies, it will be processed back to the original payment method (Zelle or online payment). Cash payments made in person are non-refundable once a session has taken place.
6. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can find a suitable alternative time, subject to availability.
7. Gift Card Sessions
Sessions booked using a gift card follow the same cancellation and rescheduling rules above. Late cancellations may result in the gift card value being forfeited for that session.
8. Contact for Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at [insert contact email/phone] as soon as possible.
