A parent or legal guardian must arrange and consent to any service involving a person under 18. A parent or legal guardian must remain involved during sessions involving a minor in accordance with our safeguarding requirements.

• Psychological treatment or psychotherapy

• Substance-use treatment

• Medical or psychiatric diagnosis

• A substitute for professional healthcare

 

Physical, psychological, behavioral, or neurological experiences should not be interpreted as proof of jinn possession, sihr, the evil eye, or another supernatural condition.

Bukhari Ruqyah does not diagnose the cause of health concerns.

6. Healthcare and Medication

Ruqyah should not be used as a replacement for appropriate medical or mental-health care.

If you have a physical or mental-health concern, you should seek appropriate evaluation and care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Bukhari Ruqyah does not instruct clients to stop, reduce, change, or avoid prescribed medication or professional healthcare.

You remain responsible for following the advice and treatment plan provided by your qualified healthcare providers.

If you experience a medical or mental-health emergency or believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, seek appropriate emergency or professional assistance.

Bukhari Ruqyah does not guarantee or promise a particular outcome from a Ruqyah session or religious consultation.

Ruqyah is a religious practice, and individual experiences may differ.
